| 4. | Why do I need to zip files which I save as WebPage (.htm, .html) |
| A: | This build (DocsAlive2007 v3.3) is capable of saving as webpage (.htm or .html) without the need to save as .docx. But in this case user will not be able to transfer the webpage file along with the media(s) if he/she does not zip the file with the folder which contains the media files. For example when user save as "Test.html" word automatically create a folder called "Test_files" where all the media files are stored. So, if user wants to transfer the webpage from on machine to another machine he/she should first zip all the related files i.e, Test.html + Test_files. |
